My Cramping Is Out Of Control

Learn about a woman who experiences some serious lower abdominal pain after pleasure.

Concern:

I suffer from deep vaginal cramps sometimes after orgasm, but this is usually in my sleep after a very erotic dream, the cramps last for about twenty minutes and come on almost straight away, I’ve been reading pages on your site, and it’s good to know I'm not alone, however I would like to know what I can do to stop this problem from occurring again, and also how to lessen the pain if the problem does occur again, it is very painful like birth pains, thanks.
